![]() ![]() When restarting the computer I receive the error message "NORTON PROTECTION: ATTENTION, 'access denied, drive C.'" I have tried all of Symantecs knowledge base document recommendations on this also and they don't fix the problem. After the reinstall, I have also picked up a new problem. After all else failed, I uninstalled NWS 2004 and reinstalled it. I have tried all the Symantec knowledge base documents to no avail. I cannot remember all the hoops and loops which I went through to get it to work before. ![]() I receive a message that the operation has failed. Now I cannot get the Ghost to backup or clone. ![]() However, I did finally get it to work, but I did get it working and did several backups. When I first connected the external drive and installed NSW 2004 I remember having a lot of difficulty getting it to work. My Ghost 2003 is an integral part of Norton Systems Works 2004. I am using an exteral USB 2.0 harddrive for backups. ![]()
